Projects CH-1752 Villars-sur-Glâne

A unique living environment combining modernity and harmony with nature
This unique project features 12 contemporary 5.5-room villas, each offering around 158 m² of floor space. Designed to combine the advantages of a single-family dwelling with those of grouped housing, it blends harmoniously into its environment with a sustainable approach that respects the context. Each villa faces due south, revealing a magnificent panorama of the Pre-Alps. To ensure optimum privacy, the houses are judiciously staggered in height and plan. Each home has its own private garden for maximum outdoor enjoyment, and two parking spaces for the ultimate in convenience. This project combines quality of life, aesthetics and functionality.

Luminous, functional design thought for your comfort
The villas have been designed to maximize comfort and natural light. The day areas are located on the upper ground floor, offering unobstructed views of the Pre-Alps, while the night areas are on the lower ground floor, benefiting from a patio. The patio diffuses natural light into the bedrooms, creating a luminous, soothing ambience. A terrace adjoining the dining room, equipped with an outside staircase, provides private, south-facing access. The typological design guarantees each inhabitant an interior layout tailored to his or her needs. A 6ᵉ 20 m² room, facing the patio, offers multiple possibilities: bedroom, office or personalized space according to your desires.

Construction

Sustainable materials and warm spaces
Each villa has been designed with sustainable elegance in mind, thanks to the use of natural, eco-friendly materials. The wood-frame construction provides excellent thermal and sound insulation, while respecting the environment. The interior spaces are warm and functional, with a kitchen opening onto a bright, south-facing living room. Triple glazing ensures optimum insulation, while floors are carefully selected: porcelain stoneware tiles in the kitchen, living room and bathrooms, and refined parquet flooring in the bedrooms. Numerous storage spaces complete the layout, ensuring practical organization and everyday comfort.

Sustainable living for ecology and well-being
This project puts ecology and economy at the heart of its priorities. The villas are connected to a district heating system, offering local, renewable energy and reduced costs, while simplifying maintenance. Hot water production is optimized thanks to solar thermal panels, while photovoltaic panels generate green energy. Green roofs enhance the efficiency of solar panels, while regulating temperature and preserving the ecosystem. In the gardens, insect hotels are integrated to support biodiversity. Inside, lime plaster walls, a natural and antiseptic material, ensure a healthy atmosphere by regulating humidity. An exemplary project, respectful of nature and its inhabitants.
